Follow the Quai De Bercy along the river then take the Pont D Austerlitz bridge over the Seine. After crossing the bridge, turn right onto QuaiSt. Bernard and continue alongside the river. After having passed Notre Dame on your right, turn left onto Boulevard St. Jacques.
